  1. How does your cancellation policy work?

If we do not receive notice of cancellation prior to the start time of the booking, then the full room fee will be charged.

IMPORTANT - Cancellations will only be accepted by phone on 0207 256 7330 or by email at support@hubworking.net

If notice is given, our policy is as follows:

Small Meeting Rooms (up to 3 people):

Meetings up to 1 hour:
More than one hour's notice: No cancellation fee
Less than one hour or no notice: Full room fee

Meetings over 1 hour:
More than 1 working day notice for cancellations or amendments: No cancellation fee.
Less than 1 working day notice for cancellations or amendments: Full room fee.

Large Meeting Rooms (4 to 10 people*):

Meetings up to 5 hours:
More than 2 working days’ notice: No cancellation fee
Less than 2 working days or no notice: Full room fee

Meetings for 5 hours or more (day rate is between 9 am and 5 pm):
More than 1 weeks’ notice: No cancellation fee
Over 2 working days but less than 1 week's notice: 50% of the room fee
Less than 2 working days or no notice: Full room fee

*Please note that 50% deposit will be required for bookings of 4 to 10 people.

  1. Do you have a Loyalty scheme?

Yes, we do have Loyalty scheme. Every 10th booking client gets 1 hour free.

  1. Do you run any promotions?

We are running promotion on Mondays and Fridays.

10 % off the hourly bookings and 15% off the daily bookings.

Furthermore, we occasionally conduct the survey or other marketing activities.

The participants often receive discounts.

  1. What is the biggest amount of people you can accommodate in the meeting room?

The largest meeting room can accommodate 10 people.

  1. What are Hubworking opening times?

Hubworking is open Monday to Friday - 8 am to 8 pm

  1. Are you open on weekends?

We are taking weekend bookings upon request.

  1. Are you open on Bank holidays?

We are closed on Bank holidays.

  1. What are your busiest days?

Our busiest days are Wednesdays and Thursdays, therefore room bookings are more flexible on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

  1. What is included in the price of the meeting room booking?

Complimentary tea/coffee is included in the price of the booking, as well as table water.

Furthermore all rooms have Wi fi access, white board, flipchart (if needed).

  1. What else do you provide?

Hubworking can provide:

  • Refreshments: Sprite, Fanta, Coke and Diet coke, still and sparkling water (£1.20+VAT)
  • Projector (£10+VAT/hour)
  • Lunch (£10+VAT per person)
  1. Do you have lift/disable access?

Unfortunately, no.

  1. What is included in the office rent?

The rent includes:

  • business rates
  • service charges
  • building insurance
  • utilities
  • facilities management
  • cleaning
