Hubworking offers a service where you are able to use our prestigious Liverpool Street address in London as your own.

We receive all your mail on behalf of you. All Registered/Recorded letters and parcels are accepted and signed for. We will then forward your mail to you on a weekly basis via Royal Mail, Scan and email or hold it on site for your collection.

If you decide to have your mail scanned and emailed, Hubworking will open your mail securely, scan it as a PDF/JPG file and email to an address of your choice once a week. Scanned mail will be shredded after 14 days unless client specifies otherwise.

We offer several payment plans: Monthly, 6-Monthly and Annually.

If you wish to proceed and set up a mailing service for your company with Hubworking, we require:

• Your completed Agreement
• Copy of proof of address (utility bill)
• Copy of poof of ID (passport/driving licence)
• Registration fee + One Advance Payment

£30.00 + VAT per month

- Postage charges will be billed quarterly
£180.00 + VAT per 6 months
- Postage charges will be billed quarterly
£300.00 + VAT per 12 months
(You pay for 10 months and receive 12 months)
